  1. SUIT HIRE, WEDDING PARTY BOOKINGS AND IN-STORE PURCHASES

The Suit Lounge specialises in suit hire, wedding party bookings and formalwear purchases.

All suit hire agreements, wedding party bookings, deposits, measurements, fitting appointments, collection dates, return dates, damage charges, loss charges, cancellation terms and related services are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

Where a customer signs or otherwise agrees to a suit hire agreement, wedding booking agreement or any other in-store contract, those terms shall take precedence over these Website Terms of Service in relation to the relevant booking or transaction.

This website is intended to provide information about our products and services and, where applicable, facilitate appointment bookings and online purchases. It does not alter, replace or override any separate hire agreement, wedding party contract or purchase agreement entered into with The Suit Lounge.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, booking details and event information provided to us are accurate. Amendments to wedding party bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges in accordance with the relevant booking agreement.

In-store purchases and bespoke or special-order products may be subject to separate terms and conditions which will be explained at the time of purchase.

Where products are available for purchase through our website, by placing an order you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and complete.
